What does hope look like?

March is Customer Appreciation Month here at Hip Baby. And aside from having a one-day 'We love you!' sale on the 28th, we are also donating, on behalf of all our customers, 1% of our pre-tax sales for the entire month of March to one of our favourite organizations: Playground Builders. We think hope comes in many forms but there's nothing like knowing that children in war-torn countries like Iraq, Afghanistan and the Palestinian Territories have the opportunity to play and laugh. Join the drive to help Playground Builders spread hope to children around the world. Also, this organization was started right here in Whistler, BC. It's local and global all at the same time!

When we started Hip Baby we had a vision for our store; sustainability, value, function and a whole lot of style. But there is another part of the equation that we never lose sight of, our greatest asset, and that's our customer. That's right, I'm talking about you! We do our very best to always keep our customer in mind by creating a welcoming environment and providing top-shelf customer service. So this month, it's all about you. We've heard, and we're happy to share this with you, that Swimmis are the grooviest swimsuits in the known universe. Come check out the new prints, and all the old favourites at Hip Baby. They come in three sizes and are adjustable with an easy to use velcro fastener: SM (9-15 lbs.) M (15-22 lbs.) L (22-30 lbs.).

Cloth Diaper Month continues at Hip Baby! This month is a great time to add to your stash or just get started. February Cloth Diaper Month Workshops!

February is Cloth Diaper Month at Hip Baby and, aside from having great deals on diapers, we want to spread a simple message: it's easier than you think. That's it, that's all! And we are having four cloth diapering workshops between our two locations to help spread that message. Two will be held at the Vancouver location, one at the Victoria location and an additional one at Nicole Bridger (2151 West 4th Avenue). Nicole is a very talented local women's wear designer dedicated to a socially conscious future.
